Welcome. It’s a real gift to meet you.
YOU are amazing.
Like me, you may not feel that most days. Maybe just when you’re dressed up, your hair and face are refreshed and you’re ready to go on that big evening out. (That may happen once in a blue moon.) But how do we find that joy, contentment and inspiration to move forward and actualize those buried dreams?
Let’s embark on that journey together, shall we?
Hi, I’m Tina Michele. My last names are complicated to spell out and articulate. I once thought of hyphenating Urbanowicz-Weidelich but that was just a joke. From my last names you might think I’m not from around here. My parents came to Canada from Europe with my half brother, a few suitcases and a small sum of money. Years later they had my sister and I. As a first generation Canadian, I felt different, shy and not as good as others, and ended up investing much sweat and tears in pleasing people.
As I went through challenging experiences, like my mom’s death, infertility, job loss and more, I realized that we experience similar emotions but we’re all different… we’re all unique and that’s a good thing. Yes, it’s good to have role models that spur us on like Mother Theresa or Billy Graham, but this world needs you to be you and me to be me. Both of us rising up to fulfill our purposes in life.
You may feel inadequate, like I did. Growing up, English was my weakest subject – that’s why I studied math and business in university. However I’m amazed at how hard work can work. I poured myself into learning how to improve my communication skills through Toastmasters, and a ton of training in music and writing, so that now in my second youth I’m feeling comfortable communicating my weaknesses, challenges and learnings. Why? Our paths in life have many potholes and we all need encouragement and a cheerleader in life. I’d love to be yours!
Through my struggles I found out that I’m passionate about creating. I love to fill a blank page with notes, lyrics and stories that touch hearts and help motivate people to explore what’s truth, connect with God and make a difference with their waking hours.
I also love meeting people, listening to their journey and encouraging them through prayer, a listening ear and through speaking and singing.
This is why I do what I do.
